Busy sorting out the last bits for our first Halloween party, we're quite excited now lol sadly as always its me who's left till last to get an outfit! so have to try to sort something out tomorrow or it will be too late :(
How fab would it be to dress your house like this! lol
I'll try my best :)

Sleeves and Spookilicious!

I've cut out lots of different shapes as I'm playing with a gadget sleeve design at the moment, something to slip your phone into maybe and keep safe but quirky looking.
I'm loving all the new felt colours I have and I'm loving the shape I've chosen too - what do you think!
Punk Pink
Charcoal
This weekend we're holding our very first halloween party! eek
We're all super excited as its fancy dress and we have tons of decorations for the house, I'm busy with spooky food ideas and face paint ideas for my character!
Photos will of course be shared ... lol

Folksy

I've made a conscious decision to concentrate more on my Folksy Store than Etsy
All weekend I'm adding new goodies and I've reduced prices on other items and re done the whole postage costs so its standard across the shop
I've really enjoyed it and cant wait to see it fill up over the coming weeks as I have so much more to add - great stocking fillers for christmas - so I would love it if you would pop on over and give me your feedback
I also do custom orders which I can take through my blog - so please just ask

On another note we've being busy decorating our hallway this weekend, the wallpaper is nearly finished, it has a gorgeous texture to it - I love it
The carpet is booked and we have the laminate ready for the hallway after that we just have window dressing and pictures to put up and then its done :)but for now here is how it was before
Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

Warkton Craft Market - October

Another fun weekend at the craft market, we (as in Michelle and I) were a tad stressed as not many people were coming through the doors in the morning, but happily in the afternoon it did increase.
This year is a pilot scheme really of how we want to run it next year, so its all trial and error and hopefully we'll get there very soon - but - fun was had by all and plenty of hot cuppas and biccies to keep stall holders happy :)

I myself have changed alot of what I do over the last month really concentrated on the things I love to create and not what I just dibble and dabble in, my fingerless gloves were a hit :) and I sold one of my surfer hats *jumps for joy* lol
Heres my stall

Heres the rest of the market, bizzie lizzie, hedgerow preserves, me again and debras cakes

button it (michelle), handmade by wendy, hags bazaar, polka dot chicken

gifts of nature workshop, yankee doodle dandee, handmade by anita and angel jays

Sue from The gifts of nature workshop is wonderful, she is going to create me two hat stands for my stall :) cant wait to show you
You can join our facebook page for updates about the market too, so if your a local crafter contact us to go on the waiting list

Uh

where have the days gone!
Since Wednesday I've being freshening up our little kitchen with a lick of white paint and scrubbing down cupboards, tiles and the floor :) Feel much better about it now. Other than general housework not much really being done this week.
We've put ourselves on a tight budget at the moment as moving house kinda makes you do that lol

I've made some new hats, fingerless gloves and mug cosies so cant wait to update my stores with those.
I need to add finishing touches to a halloween monster bunting I've made for home too.

Right off to make cupcakes - budget ones! I'll share tomorrow :)
