I did some baking yesterday, I used The Hummingbird Bakery *Lemon and Poppy seed* cake recipe, although because I dont have a ring I used a silicone loaf tin instead
It had to bake for a little longer due to the loaf style and I just poured over freshly squeezed lemon juice mixed with some caster sugar as soon as it came out of the oven.
Its totally totally gorgeous, really soft and tangy
