Quick Cheese & Apple Salad

On a super hot day this salad lunch turned out perfect, quick and easy and everything I generally have the fridge

On a plate I put small salad leaves, chopped up red pepper & cucumber and sliced apple
I drizzled over a cap full of balsamic vinegar
Sprinkled on some grated cheese

Totally quick, totally worth it, delicious ...
