I create my own christmas fruit cake most years! Last year I ran out of time, so the fruit has been soaking lovingly in brandy for 18 months now! will be a tad boozy I think by the time i've cooked it!!
How do you decorate your cake, do you leave it as fruit, cover with a fun modern design or go traditional with fondant and holly!
