Todays prompt is 'US'... wanted to use one of Me and Tel but after looking through there arent that many, gonna have too remedy that, mind you its prob my fault! I feel to self concious to show me off properly... and the fact he comes home in a hi-viz lol. But since this photo was took, I've lost approx 10lb in weight - yippee - and still very slowly coming off.
Also, thanks to Cazz! I'm slowly trawling my way through 'facebook' it well confuses me and is so blooming s l o w. Anyways for my profile pic I chose my SPS shot from this Saturday and I used the 'sketch' application and it came out like this - cool eh!
