Paper bags

I love paper bags, you can alter them in so many different ways, today I made mine into a mini book and I thought I'd share how I did this. I used the gorgeous FREE papers from Crafts Beautiful - January 09 edition.

Paper bags come in a variety of colours and sizes, I used four, all the reds are facing one way and all the blues are facing the other way, I then folded them in half so all the openings are on the right sideMeasuring 1.5 inches in on either side, using my crop-a-dile I punched two 3/8 size holesTo hold all my pages together I set two eyelets using my crop-a-dile (you can either do it at this point which means working with your book closed as I did, or you can set the eyelets once your book is finished)Using my free papers I cut out all the tags and adhered them to cardstock to make them a bit strongerI covered the inner pages with the papers and stapled some of the tags into placePut all the tags into the openings and Voila, one mini paper bag bookI'm going to use my book to document some of the country park walks we go on and collect flowers and once pressed keep them in here so we can look back on what we found at the parks.
I've used large book rings as I have another four of these paper bags left so I will be making another similar book to be attached to this one :)
If you make one please leave me a link so I can pop by and see your creation too :)
Thanks for looking
