Hummingbird Baking!

I love my Hummingbird Bakery cookbook, I had some bananas that were just turning so I baked some mini banana loaves

I've never used mini loaf cases before so was a little apprehensive but thankfully all was well

 with this been the month of love there the perfect size for sharing too xxx
