My friend doesnt live that far away from me by car but to walk it would take a while and its one hell of a huge hill!!!
Anyways a little while ago I decided to take a walk there and cut through the local green (of which I've never took) to her house, I took my camera just in case anything interesting was there and I took these two pictures, which I've played with on photoscape (freebie download) and I love them. The bridge is so pretty and the water current running under it is pretty rapid!! but it was way too slippy the day I went so I didnt bother leaning over to take a piccy for fear of slipping in!
Just thought I'd share a moment time with you
Hopefully i'll get to scrap these soon, I've been really 'off' layouts at the moment, and more into card making and getting my website up and running.
I have a new project for ECP which I need to send over to Lisa and our challenge blog has a new post as usual on Sunday evening.
Tel is out for his birthday with the lads tomorrow, a karting session first then hitting the bars! So Cazz is coming over and we is doing some crafting :) and of course food and I dare say baileys will be involved in that too.

Awards and Glitter!

I've had a tad crafty session this evening, whilst my lubbly fella came home from work and went straight to bed as he is feeling rather unwell bless him.
Whilst in the middle of applying glitter one sneezed, hence I am now a tad sparkly! ;) that ever happened to you, its about as bad as dropping a box of eyelets on the floor I think.

On a fantastic note though, the lovely and ubber talented Terrie Bailey gave me a couple of blog awards, so thank you thank you thank you

So difficult to give these back to peeps cause I love all the blogs that I hop around, so purely because I adore these blogs and get so much inspiration from them I pass these awards onto

Wall art

We've been looking for wall art for years really and are never truly happy with stuff out in the normal shops, I've had a wander around the amazing Etsy site and found these of which I ADORE

I use to love Art at school and although I craft alot with card making and scrapbooking sometimes it the art from school that I miss, like chucking paint around randomly and thoroughly enjoying it (although I have to say I'm sure me and buddy Danni use to have more of a whale of a time then we were suppose to lol - memories lol - we certainly threw some things together especially in pottery!!!)

Right I'm drifting off now lol anyways after all this art searching for our home I got a canvas out tonight and I have started on a mixed media piece of artwork!!! Watch this space, it may be great, it may well be crap but hey its still art right :)
